Drone operations We are FAA Part 107 certified commercial drone operators and fly only where the FAA and all applicable laws allow. Certain areas of Central Florida are designated no-fly zones, including the airspace around Walt Disney World, where drone flights are prohibited. If your property is within restricted airspace, next to an airport, or a temporary flight restriction is in effect, we cannot provide aerial imagery, and pricing will not be reduced.
Weather and safety If wind, rain, lightning, or other safety factors are present, we may postpone or modify exterior and drone work. If bad weather prevents exterior or drone images, we will return on the next available date at no additional cost for those exterior and drone images.
Access and readiness Client is responsible for property access, gate codes, parking permissions, and on-site contacts. The house must be 100% prepared for the photographer to work. We do not move furniture or touch personal items, especially bathroom items. Spaces should be clean, decluttered, and photo-ready at the scheduled time.
Editing standards We do not alter permanent property features or make edits that could misrepresent the property. Basic adjustments to color, exposure, lens distortion, sky enhancement, and minor object cleanup may be applied.
Rescheduling and cancellations You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours incur a 30% fee.
